Dr. Choo graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD, in 1988. After finishing his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland Health System in Baltimore, Maryland, he went on to complete his fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at Hartford Hospital, University of Connecticut, Hartford, CT in 1994.
Dr. Choo is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. His area of expertise is in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, as well as in the broad spectrum of non-invasive Cardiology. Dr. Choo is affiliated with Sparrow Hospital and McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital, both in Lansing, MI.
Dr. Grimm is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1983. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 1986 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and his Cardiology fellowship at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois in 1988.
He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Grimm practices both invasive and non-invasive Cardiology. He is affiliated with Sparrow Hospital, McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital, both in Lansing, MI, and Carson City Hospital in Carson City, MI.
Dr. Parikh graduated from M.P.Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, India in 1984. She has undergone pediatric residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH in 1992, and completed her Nuclear Medicine residency at University of Birmingham, Birmingham, AL in 1994. Board-certified in Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Parikh has special interest and expertise in Nuclear Cardiology. She is also an attorney, having earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI in 2003.
Tim has extensive experience as a Cardiology PA (Physician Assistant) and as a Registered Nurse. After completing his education and training to become a certified Physician Assistant at University of North Dakota in 2002, Tim has been active in caring for cardiac and vascular patients as a PA for over a decade. He is an integral part of Patient Central Same Day HeartCare.
Sabena Modi graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology in 2010 from Michigan State University. She completed her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant studies at Barry University in Miami, Florida in 2013. She has worked as a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine in Maryland for the past 2 years before joining us in October, 2016.
I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2011 from University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. I started my career as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal ICU while completing my studies for my Master's of Science in Nursing at Duquesne University with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Pittsburgh for 2 years in an inpatient Medical/Surgical and Telemetry setting before moving to Michigan in 2017
